Terms of Service

The Site is an art portfolio and online store featuring original artwork by Shutabug, including art prints available for purchase. All artwork displayed on the Site is original work created by us, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order on the Site. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate and complete.

Made-to-order prints. All art prints sold on the Site are made to order. Your print is not produced until after you complete your purchase, and is then printed and fulfilled. Because each print is produced specifically for you, please review your order carefully (size, quantity, shipping address) before completing checkout.

Product descriptions. We do our best to accurately describe and represent our artwork, including images, sizing and materials. However, slight variations in colour may occur due to differences in screen displays and printing processes, and these are not considered defects.

Pricing and availability. Prices are shown in the currency you choose at checkout, with USD as our base currency, and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue a print, or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or error in pricing or product information.

Payment is processed at the time of purchase through Stripe or PayPal, depending on the checkout method you select. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorised to use the payment method provided. We do not store your full payment card details; these are handled directly by our payment processors.

You may request to cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it. To request a cancellation, contact us at support@shutabug.com as soon as possible with your order number.

After 12 hours have passed, your order may have already entered production and can no longer be cancelled or modified. We are unable to accommodate cancellation requests made after this window.

Because each print is made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection or similar reasons.

If your print arrives damaged or defective, we want to make it right. Please contact us at support@shutabug.com within 7 days of delivery, along with clear photos showing the damage or defect and your order number. Once reviewed and approved, we will issue a free replacement print at no additional cost to you.

We reserve the right to determine, at our discretion, whether an item qualifies as damaged or defective for the purposes of a replacement.

Orders are shipped via carriers such as USPS, Evri and DPD. Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location and will be presented at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing or circumstances outside our control.

It is your responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by you. Our Shipping Policy has the details.

All artwork, images, designs, text, logos and other content on the Site are the original work of Shutabug and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Purchasing a print grants you the right to own and display that physical print for personal, non-commercial use only.

Purchasing a print does not transfer any copyright, reproduction rights or other intellectual property rights in the artwork to you. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, scan, photograph for resale, or create derivative works from any artwork on the Site without our prior written permission.

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, our systems or related networks
• Submit false, fraudulent or misleading information, including at checkout
• Reproduce, copy or exploit any portion of the Site or its content without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the security or proper functioning of the Site

The Site relies on third-party services to operate, including Stripe and PayPal for payment processing. Your use of these services may be subject to their own separate terms and privacy policies, which we encourage you to review. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of these third-party providers.

The Site and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Studioobug LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or purchase of any product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Studioobug LLC from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States of America.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or products, or for legal and regulatory reasons. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
